Concierge medicine empowers the patient to establish a personal, one-on-one relationship with their physician and assures them that their concerns will be addressed in a professional and timely manner by someone they know…who knows them…like family.
MD LTD is a membership program open to a limited number of patients offering highly personalized medical care and amenities, including:
- Connect directly to your doctor on his personal cell phone
- After-hours or weekend appointments
- House calls for those who need them
- Comprehensive physical exam and consultation annually
- Validated parking in on-site garage
The MD LTD program involves a service agreement and fee. The fee affords the practice the luxury of offering the time needed to deliver the very best in care. It is not a substitute for insurance. Patients continue to need their medical coverage. Please note that regulations prevent participation by patients with HMO plans.
Basic Plan: $200/month
Premium Plan: $300/month
